Meet the Owners
Kasey and Tyler Dunmyer are the husband-and-wife team behind TK Construction, building thoughtful homes as they build their own young family in Charleston. Rooted in community and a love for gathering, they approach every renovation as a chance to create spaces where memories are made and relationships deepen.
Tyler, a Washington, D.C. native, and Kasey, originally from Ohio, met and married in Charleston and recently welcomed their first baby girl—cementing their decision to call CHS home.
Together, they bring a hands-on, relationship-first approach to every project, prioritizing clear communication, craftsmanship, and a smooth experience for homeowners. Their vision is to build more than beautiful renovations—they aim to build lasting relationships with clients, neighbors, and the wider Charleston community, one gathering-ready home at a time.
