Design & Planning

In this phase, the project begins to take shape through drawings, selections, specifications, and collaboration with architects, designers, engineers, and trade partners as needed. A strong pre-construction process keeps design decisions, buildability, and budget aligned so the project is both beautiful and practical.

Pre-Construction

Before work begins, we finalize the scope, confirm selections, establish the construction agreement, create a project schedule, secure permits, and order long-lead materials. Industry best practice is to invest time here so that construction runs more smoothly, with fewer surprises and better coordination once the project is underway.


Construction

With the plan in place, construction begins and the work moves through the appropriate stages for your project, whether that includes demolition, framing, mechanicals, insulation, drywall, finishes, or final detailing. Throughout this phase, we focus on communication, site management, schedule oversight, and quality craftsmanship so you always understand where the project stands.


Walkthrough & Completion

As the project nears completion, we review the work carefully, address final details, and complete a walkthrough with you to make sure everything meets expectations. Many professional firms include a punch-list or pre-completion review at this stage so outstanding items can be resolved before the project is officially closed out.
